Don’t fancy cooking after a day in the mountains?

We will prepare and deliver a 2-course meal to your fridge for you every day this Summer!

Our delicious menu has a different mouth watering main course & dessert each evening

There is no restriction as to how many days catering you book for during your stay e.g. 1, 3, 6 days but we do need a minimum of 1 week’s notice for bookings of catering.

Lamb tagine with cous cous, roasted vegetables & herb yoghurt

Orange & pistachio cake with sauterne syrup & home made honey icecream

Sunday

Roast supreme of chicken stuffed with thyme butter. Roast potatoes, gravy & seasonal vegetables.

Lemon tart with summer berry coulis

Monday

Fragrant Thai green fish curry. Served with jasmine rice & cucumber salad. (Chicken can be substituted if preferred)

White chocolate cheesecake with lemongrass & ginger citrus fruit salad.

Tuesday

Chicken & spinach pasta bake with home made pesto.  Slow roasted vine tomato & rocket salad

Tiramisu

BBQ Wednesdays!

(can be cooked under grill if weather is bad!)

Marinaded Chicken, chorizo & bell pepper skewers

Home made beef burgers

Potato salad, mixed salad & fresh baguettes.

Blueberry tart with cumin fromage blanc sorbet

Smokey pulled pork with guacamole, sour cream, salsa & soft tortillas.

Friday

Summer fish pie with lemon rosti topping. Green salad with toasted seeds.

Please note:

Standard & vegetarian options are priced as separate meals. e.g. if you order 4 standard meals and 4 vegetarian meals, then each will be charged at the 4 person price of €23pp

We can cater to some dietary requirements (such as gluten and dairy free) but there will be a supplement payable due to the additional work & ingredients required. Generally they will either be charged as a separate meal option e.g. at €25 per meal or if only minor substitutions are required then we will just charge a small supplement – please provide details of dietary requirements for confirmed pricing.

Bookings must be made & at least 1 week in advance.

Any cancellations must be made a minimum of 48 hours in advance or else there may be a charge made due to ingredients being purchased.
