Christmas with AliKats

April 5th, 2012 News

Take a moment to picture the scene; the whole family sat round the AliKats Christmas tree after a great day’s skiing on the snow covered mountains above the chalet. A glass of mulled wine in the hand and a plate full of mince pies in front of you as you warm yourself on the open log-fire. The smell of roast turkey, potatoes roast in goose fat and all the trimmings are wafting through the air, getting you excited about the big feed ahead. We know that everyone has their own Christmas traditions so we’ll try our best to accommodate you, so that it feels like a home from home…

If you have never experienced it before, being looked after on Christmas makes you feel pretty special.Rather than catching up with family as you peel your 57th potato or scrub your 23rd pan, you can relax on the sofa and let the AliKats team bring you all kinds of snacks, dishes and drinks to excite your taste buds. Or possibly take a long soak in the hot-tub with a glass of champagne as the snow falls around you. The kids can play on the XBOX or Wii or even help us decorate the tree if they like!

Christmas day with AliKats traditionally involves:

  • Champagne breakfast with smoked salmon and scrambled eggs
  • Mince pies and Christmas cake for tea
  • Champagne and canapés around the christmas tree before dinner
  • Full 5 course Christmas dinner with turkey and all the trimmings as the main event

If, however, you normally celebrate on the 24th or you like a different type of meat (such as a goose) then we can arrange that for you as well. Nothing is too much trouble.

We have even arranged for our 2 very big chimneys to be swept so that even the most present-laden, mince-pie filled Santa will be able to get in….
