What we offer
We can manage your property and sales, or we can lease directly from you and be responsible for full management of your property. Morzine based, with an excellent reputation from more than 15 years of experience in high-end property management, your mountain chalet or apartment will be in expert hands. Our dedicated sales and marketing team has a strong track record of boosting sales, and as a year-round business, we offer a non-stop service to maximize ski, summer and shoulder season rentals. We also offer free design consultation during the building or renovation process to ensure your chalet is optimised for long-term rental success.

An independent, Morzine company
Al and Kat Judge live year round in St Jean d’Aulps (and have recently achieved French nationality!) with their three children and are deeply connected to the community of the valley d’Aulps. Al is on the Conseil d’Administration for the office of tourism in Morzine and is the new President of Montagne Verte. We pride ourselves on our great relationships with owners, and can provide references or put you in direct touch with a chalet owner for reassurance.

All cleaning and routine maintenance are managed by our experienced in-house team, supported by a trusted network of local tradespeople for more complex repairs or renovation work. This ensures your property is consistently well cared for and maintained to the highest standard, year-round.
How are maintenance issues handled?
Maintenance issues are identified quickly and dealt with promptly to minimise disruption to you and your guests. Our in-house maintenance team manages day-to-day repairs and preventative checks, ensuring small issues are resolved before they become bigger problems.
For more complex work, we coordinate trusted local tradespeople and oversee the process from start to finish, keeping you informed throughout. Where required, we’ll always seek approval in advance and provide clear recommendations, costs, and timelines—so there are no surprises.

Our management fees are tailored to each chalet and depend on factors such as size, location, rental objectives and how much you want to use the property yourselves.

Our business is only registered in France (with no British subsidiary) and all our employees and employed on French contracts. We ensure full compliance with all relevant local and national regulations relating to chalet management, rentals, health and safety, and employment.
