Food & drink

We love to provide a good balance between healthy and indulgent.

There is a huge emphasis on using ingredients that are locally sourced, free range and seasonal.  We make almost all our dishes from scratch, everything from our stocks to sauces and ice creams.

We ensure all dietary needs are accommodated for and will do our best to tailor the menu so everyone has a fantastic and stress free meal during their stay at our chalets.

We’re proud to say we have been listed, for the 2nd year running, in The Telegraph’s top 5 ski holidays for food lovers 2018-19  and we have won ‘Favourite Food in Morzine’ for 3 years running at the Morzine Source awards so take a look below to see what you might experience on a typical day.

All our wines have been carefully selected to compliment the menu. We take care in providing our guests with wines that we are proud of and confident we have come up with a selection, which is certainly a cut above your average house wine.

Wine is readily available throughout your stay here with all costs included in the price of your holiday. For those wine connoisseurs, we also offer an additional selection of French wines from surrounding regions for a supplementary cost.

When you stay in one of our ‘Indulgence Package’ chalets, in addition the above, we serve fine wines with dinner matched by our wine consultant, Rob Wade

Special diets & food allergies

We have a lot of experience in catering for those on restricted diets or who have food allergies and sensitivities. It is something we are really committed to and have made an effort to learn about the various measures needed to ensure that we closely adhere to certain diets.

Fortunately, Al’s aunt runs the Foods Matter websites, which are an invaluable resource to us, in which we have taken advice for our ‘free from’ menus and provided inspiration for fantastic allergen free recipes.
