If you are staying in one of our self-catered chalets, you can enjoy a wide selection of wines and champagnes from our partners, The Chef’s Cellar, non-alcoholic spirits from JNPR, as well as local beer from the IBEX brewery. Your selection is then delivered to your chalet, ready and waiting for you after a day on the slopes.

The Chef’s Cellar team brings decades of experience in sourcing outstanding bottles from France’s most renowned appellations and beyond. Their collection offers something for every taste and occasion – from robust Rhône reds like Vacqueyras, perfect with hearty winter dishes, to crisp whites such as Sancerre, elegant sparkling wines, and refreshing rosés made for leisurely afternoons on the terrace.
You’ll also find a few Italian classics among their recommendations, including the rich, ruby warmth of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, the refined sparkle of Prosecco, and the soft sweetness of Asti – an effortless way to finish an evening on a high note.

Ibex Beer
We’re passionate about supporting local businesses, especially those that excel at their craft. Ibex beer is brewed right here in Morzine at the Ibex Microbrewery, using water sourced from the valley. Their brewing process is entirely hands-on, ensuring each batch is crafted with care by a dedicated team of local beer lovers.
Ibex has built a strong reputation in the Alps, thanks to its fantastic brews. Try the Cabin Fever, a smooth amber IPA with mellow bitterness, or the Neon Pale Ale for a bold, hoppy hit. Many of their core beers are low in alcohol, making them perfect for relaxed afternoons with friends in the chalet.

JNPR – non-alcoholic spirits
We’re big believers that great drinks don’t always need to come with the buzz – and JNPR proves it beautifully.
