From Booking to Arrival
We want to ensure you have a hassle free stay. So, once your booking is confirmed and we have received the 25% deposit, we will send across a booking form for you to complete.
This is your chance to tell us what you would like us to organise from childcare to ski passes to dietary requirements and anything else we might need to know before your arrival so we can tailor to your needs.
10 weeks before your holiday the balance of the payment is due – we accept Visa or Mastercard credit cards.
We will be in touch 48 hours before your arrival to confirm all your travel arrangements and provide information on any transfers we have organised.
On arrival at your chalet we will be there to welcome you, we’ll show you around the chalet and to your rooms. If you arrive in the morning we can ensure that your ski hire and passes are ready so you can hit the slopes straight away.
The evening of your first day we will have a welcome chat with a side of champagne and canapés before dinner. We will give you any relevant information along with answering any questions you may have.
And for the rest of the trip? Have a wonderful time and leave everything else to us.
