We are just 1.5 hours from Geneva airport, which has frequent flights from London City Airport, Gatwick and Heathrow, as well as most major airports in the U.K.  It’s so fast you can ski on arrival and departure days.

Stunning luxury accommodation

A chalet stay really adds a new dimension to the term off-site meeting! Our hand-picked private chalets, reserved purely for AliKats’ guests, offer the perfect space for groups to bond organically whilst enjoying the facilities and views from some of the best properties in Morzine.

All chalets have wi fi, hot tubs and open fires, plus a number of our chalets offer large living areas, suitable to hold meetings and team building sessions, and beautiful dinner tables for relaxed and sociable mealtimes. Rest assured we will help you select the best chalet for your group size and needs. For groups of 10-14 guests, have a look at our stunning chalet The View, larger groups of up to 26 guests can enjoy our spacious farmhouse Ferme à Jules. Smaller groups will enjoy the more intimate boutique chalet Debussy, which was named by The Telegraph as one of the 10 most beautiful chalets for 2018-19.

We understand that you want your employees and clients to enjoy first class service. Al and Kat personally recruit all of their staff. As a luxury independent ski company operating solely in Morzine we can provide personal service with local knowledge that is unique to our name. A friendly chalet team of mature professional hosts, chefs and drivers will take care of your group during your stay.

Complete support with organisation

Our concierge manager will work with you to ensure all organisation runs smoothly and will take care of transfers, ski passes, equipment hire, activities and restaurant bookings. We can help design a custom itinerary and offer guidance on activities and workshops. We also have a simple online booking system that makes group organisation easy.

Unique outdoor activities and entertainment

Getting out of the office and into new, un-chartered territory binds a team and provides opportunity for innovative thinking.

Ski and snowboard lessons, igloo building, snowshoeing in remote mountain areas, learning to ice climb, skidoo adventures, husky sledging: talk to us for advice on which activities would work best for your group.  Guests don’t need to be powder hounds, there is a wide selection of non-ski activities, in fact we highly recommend these for team building.

Professional team building workshop

We offer the opportunity to work with a learning and performance consultant to create a bespoke team building workshop for your group. After an initial consultation, they will personally tailor a team building workshop to suit the needs of your team and deliver the program personally in one of our chalet spaces in Morzine.

Using contemporary team building methods that are proven to work, this workshop offers an opportunity to build trust, mitigate conflict and work on core values that will promote communication and collaboration within your team. Results have been shown to improve creative thinking, problem solving and productivity.

Award winning food

Food is a huge part of the AliKats’ experience. We’re proud to say we have been listed, for the 2nd year running, in The Telegraph’s top 5 ski holidays for food lovers 2018-19  and we have won ‘Favourite Food in Morzine’ for 3 years running at the Morzine Source awards.

Co-owner Kat is executive chef and creatively designs our menus to incorporate international flavours, locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.

“In December (2018) AliKats hosted our first alpine company team building weekend. We run a small design agency from the UK, and Riverwood Lodge was the perfect choice for the 12 of us to call home for our trip.

The resort and activities worked perfectly for a mixed ability group of skiers, of which several had never experienced the mountains before.  However, the trip was far more than just a ski trip, it was also about spending quality time together and injecting a surge of energy into the me&dave team.
