Mid-stay clean

At AliKats, we pride ourselves on maintaining the highest standards to ensure you can fully relax and enjoy your holiday. Our professionally trained cleaning team will visit your chalet after breakfast to refresh your space, so when you return from a day on the mountain, your chalet will be spotless and welcoming.

To help keep your chalet fresh and comfortable during your stay, we offer three flexible cleaning packages:

1. Mid-Stay Clean – €200

• Duration: 4 hours (09:30–13:30)
• Includes:
  • Room service
  • Towel change
  • Basic kitchen clean
  • Floors throughout the chalet

2. 2-Hour Clean – €100 (per session)

• Duration: 2 hours (10:00–12:00)
• Minimum: 3 cleans per week
• Options:
• In 2 hours, our team can either:
  • Option A: Tidy up after breakfast, wash dishes, and clean communal areas (including floors). Bedrooms will not be serviced, except bathroom bins.
  • Option B: Service all bedrooms and bathrooms, plus clean floors throughout the chalet service.

You can mix and match Options A & B throughout the week to suit your needs.

3. Daily Cleaning Package – €600 (per week)

• Includes:
  • 2 hours of cleaning each day
  • A longer clean mid-week (similar to the Mid-Stay option)
  • Mid-week towel change

• Important Information
  If your chalet is found in a particularly poor state, our Resort Manager will discuss what can reasonably be achieved within the allocated time.
• If extra time is required, you will have the option to extend the clean at an additional cost per hour, subject to availability.
