Team building, co-working, problem solving and strategy development in the French Alps
Invite your team to step into the wild to challenge their minds and bodies in Europe’s most impressive natural playground. Our corporate team building retreats help organisations and remote teams reconnect as humans in a powerful place surrounded by community and nature.
When you take your team out of business-as-usual to a place where new perspectives are born, you make way for empowering transformations, inspiring conversations, greater trust and the strengthening of your united resolve.
Customised for your Team
We help you move beyond a traditional top-down, one-size fits all approach. We listen to your retreat objectives, needs and desires to develop a transformational experience that equips your team with fresh creative skills and the tools they need to work collaboratively and continue evolving.
Your experience starts with a consultation with retreat facilitator and Certified Professional Co-Active Coach Caitlin Cockerton (PhD, CPCC). Whether your retreat goal is strategic planning, problem solving, team building or just a simple work-away to allow your team to flourish together, Caitlin works with our retreat team to create an itinerary that cultivates meaning, connection and impact, and above all helps your team express their fullest potential.
Retreats can be held for teams up to 20 people and range from one day to five days or more.
Example Itineraries
Crack a challenge, rethink your vision, express gratitude, unite as a team: whatever your reasons for coming together in the mountains our experienced business team will support you in creating an outstanding experience.
Envisage what this could look like with our example itineraries and talk to our team about how this could work for you.
When a leadership team is challenged with evolving the business’ vision, knowing that the market, their employees and the wider context have changed dramatically, the same old format of strategic planning meetings and exchanges simply wont do.
Take everyone out of business-as-usual to a place where new perspectives are born; challenging and powerful conversations can be had; and a united resolve around how to move forward can be sharpened.

Location & Chalet
If you’re looking for the wow factor, there is nothing more breathtaking than waking up to the sunrise over sweeping views of the valleys and mountains of the Alps.
Ferme à Jules is a beautifully converted farmhouse set in a peaceful Alpine valley near the resort of Morzine, in the Portes du Soleil mountain range. It’s wonderfully positioned to make the most of the Alpine views with a stylishly curated interior that perfectly blends Savoyard and contemporary design, with plenty of space to respect the privacy of the individual, whilst offering shared areas for socialising, relaxing and having fun.
The chalet offers 10 en-suite bedrooms, a huge living space, a large dining room, wi fi, a sauna, and a hot tub. Although large in size, it remains cosy with plenty of comfortable seating around the roaring log fire. The chalet surrounds itself with balconies where you can enjoy a morning coffee whilst absorbing the mountain views stretching down the valley.
It’s the perfect place to come together for a transformative break.
Fast access via Geneva connections
Maximise your mountain time, minimise your travel time.
We are just 1.5 hours from Geneva train station or airport, which has frequent flights from London City Airport, Gatwick and Heathrow, as well as most major airports in Europe. It’s so fast you can plan workshops and activities on arrival and departure days.

Food to recharge mind, body & soul
We take a holistic approach to food. We also believe mind challenges and physical mountain activities require substance and nutrition. Our portion sizes are plentiful, our food is sourced locally – often from our own permaculture garden – and the menu is carefully designed to compliment the activities of the day.
On our table, you’ll find appetising wholesome organic produce, colourful combinations, tastes borrowed from around the globe, as well as the most delicious flavours found in our corner of the Alps.
Eating is sociable and relaxed, either around our large dining room table or outside on the lawn. Depending on activities, lunch is often a picnic of local produce eaten on the mountainside.
We have designed a collection of refreshing non-alcoholic beverages including kombucha, herbal infusions and cucumber, mint and lemon water. Alcoholic drinks can also be requested.
Retreat Guides & Experts
Business Innovation Consultant, Caitlin
“My work is about reconnection – with self, team, community and nature. And integration – embracing the whole human so that the many resources of mind-body-feeling can be brought to the challenges one faces. I’ve come to this work by blending Co-Active coaching, deep experience in the world of business innovation, and a practice of mindful movement and relationship with nature.”
Caitlin created Great Heights Pathways, an experiential coaching company with a mission to unleash human potential by helping individuals and teams feel more aligned with who they are and what they’re doing in work.
Yoga & Qi Gong Instructor, Ursula
Yoga is a healing modality, allowing me to find my breath, headspace and release tension stored in my body. My practise brings together the strength of the Power Yoga & Vinyasa styles and the restorative properties of Yin, meditation, breath and energy work. My sessions are accessible to all levels, my approach is trauma-informed and I’m more interested in helping you release what doesn’t serve, than bending you into a pretzel. Executive Chef & AliKats Co-founder, Kat
Since co-founding AliKats in 2010, I have developed the foodie side of the business, sourcing chefs with amazing talent from a wide range of styles to develop out of the ordinary chalet and event menus. All retreat menus are bespoke and carefully designed to compliment the energy and activities of the day. Food is made entirely from scratch, using free range and seasonal ingredients. Thanks to our fresh thinking wizards in the kitchen, AliKats has been listed for 2 years running in The Telegraph’s top 5 ski holidays for food lovers and won ‘Favourite Food in Morzine’ 3 years in a row at the Morzine Source Awards.
Choose your Season
We offer retreats year-round and every season in the Alps presents new opportunities, activities and a unique charm of its own.
The Alps are world-renowned as a skiing destination, and our retreat is perfectly located to take advantage of the epic Portes du Soleil mountain range, which encompasses 12 resorts with terrain suitable for all levels and mixed ability groups.
Spring in the Alps is magnificent, the valleys are transformed into green pastures, the rivers and waterfalls gush forcefully, and the mountains open up for adventures on foot, bike or raft.
The long balmy days of summer are perfect for adventures on the mountains followed by refreshing dips in the rivers and lakes, or a relaxing paddle board session.
Autumn sees the mountains at their most awe-inspiring, when we witness amazing colours and nature transitioning in front of our eyes. As the weather gets cooler we embrace the comfort of nourishing food and a log fire after a day spent in the fresh air.
Taking care of the planet
Our vision is a world where tourism goes beyond net zero and becomes an inspiring force for good.
Our company became carbon neutral and zero food waste in 2022. Our retreats, like all our products, are designed to be as low impact as possible. From composting and permaculture to installing air source heat pumps and meticulously measuring waste across the business, we are continually updating our goals and sharing our progress. We are always interested in working with companies who share our vision so please get in touch.
