So, when we recruit, we look for people who are going to be motivated by:
Looking after people and getting enjoyment from seeing a satisfied guest
Making an effort to get on well with people from all walks of life
Ensuring all the tiny details that make for a great holiday are taken care of
Looking out for the rest of the team so that everyone is working well and having fun

Chalet Host Responsibilities
The types of activities that the AliKats team will do are:
Hosting our guests
Helping prepare and serve delicious food
Ensuring the chalet is always exceptionally clean and tidy
Driving to and from the lifts
We are looking for couples or good friends as the accommodation is twin & double rooms only.
We are looking for chefs who are
Passionate about producing high quality & imaginative food
Self-starting & hardworking (These are REALLY important)
Capable of working well, both as part of a team and independently
Either professionally trained or with a couple of years experience working in fine dining restaurants or catering
Helping to prep the key elements of the evening meal on 6 days per week for an average of 60 guests across 4 chalets,
Following menus and prep lists provided by company exec chef as well contributing ideas
Including but not limited to: preparing fresh stocks, sauces, preserves, canapés, vegetables, marinading meat, desserts, specialist dishes for various
Preparing meals to meet specific dietary requirements & children’s meals
Shopping for ingredients, managing stock levels, working to a set menu & budget
Maintaining excellent hygiene standards within the kitchen; washing up, cleaning fridges & store rooms etc.
Packing & delivering food to the chalets
We expect a lot from our team, and in return we are prepared to do everything we can to motivate you. So our package includes:
Full Portes du Soleil season pass, decent size ensuite twin/double room, full training course in early December, lots more including weekly pay, resort vehicle, food and drink.
