The menu is traditional, hearty and cheese based with a few chef specials, such as veal rice with morel (mushroom) sauce and pork tenderloin with honey sauce. The atmosphere is fun and quirky, the drinks will flow and at the end of the night, with your faces hurting from smiling and your bellies full of cheese, there’s a blood pumping headtorch-lit sledge ride back to civilization.
