British half term week represents the half way point of the ski season so we decided to look back on the season so far (since Dec 13th 2014) and summarise with a few key numbers about our Morzine chalets…

Staff
1 broken arm & 1 broken back (both for poor Frank – ouch)
2 staff left (see above for reason!) and 2 new staff arrived. Good bye Morgan and Frank and hello Rosie & Richard!
Food
5000 eggs used. All of them free-range.
280 cakes baked from scratch
Zero cakes bought from a shop!
2000 scoops of ice-cream made from scratch
Zero tubs of ice-cream bought from a shop!
100 litres of chicken stock made from scratch
Zero chicken stock cubes used!
1300 baguettes. If they were lined up they would stretch almost 1km!
Snow
10 tonnes shovelled off the driveways of our Morzine chalets (Unlikely to be accurate but estimating this is really hard)
Communications
4500 emails sent (mostly by Kat!)
2500 Whatsapp messages sent between members of the AliKats team
