Covid-19 FAQs

Is my chalet clean and sanitized?

Yes. We have put in place operational and cleaning procedures to help to limit the spread of Covid-19 within our chalets. Our team have been trained in these new practices and we are following all recommended guidelines regarding which are the best products on the market to use to help combat the spread.

Are shops and restaurants open?

[As of 4th July] Yes. Bars, shops and restaurants have all re-opened in the local area and are following recommended social distancing guidelines. We strongly advise you bring along a mask on your holiday for your own protection or run the risk of being refused entry into certain establishments.

How easy is it to travel to France?

Easy. France and the UK have agreed a reciprocal ‘air corridor’ eliminating the need for a 14-day self-quarantine either side of your stay. Travel by air, road, or rail is possible but you must wear a mask on all public transport or risk being fined.
