What is Raclette?
If you’re unfamiliar with Raclette—a traditional dish from the Savoyard and Swiss Alps—you’re in for an unforgettable culinary experience!
Raclette is not only a feast of simple, rich flavors, but also a social dining experience perfect for sharing with friends and family. The dish involves heating Raclette cheese, then scraping the gooey melted portions onto bread, charcuterie, and boiled potatoes. Traditionally enjoyed in front of a fire in Alpine regions, this timeless favorite now has its own tabletop Raclette machine for added convenience and fun.
We’ll provide you with a tabletop Raclette machine, equipped with small pans (coupelles) to melt your slices of cheese. Our Raclette meal includes:
- Slices of Raclette cheese
- A selection of charcuterie
- Boiled baby potatoes
- Cornichons and salad
