Health & Fitness week from Sunday 2nd – Sunday 9th April 2017

In response to an ever growing interest to explore the mountain in many different ways, whilst also being mindful of your body and what you put in it, we are running our Health & Fitness week again this winter

We have designed the week for those of you who love being active, outdoors, eating healthily & having fun! The week will combine a set of activities that mountain fitness lovers and foodies alike will love:

Week plan

  • Monday – 60-min pre-ski stretch session followed by healthy breakfast & then skiing with instructor
  • Tuesday – Skiing with instructor or Guided mountain trail run * & then 60-min Yoga cool-down & relaxation session
  • Wednesday – 60 minute Pilates session followed by free skiing
  • Thursday – Skiing with instructor or Guided mountain trail run * followed by 60 minute recovery sports massage
  • Friday – Skiing with instructor or Long Guided mountain trail run * then 60-min Yoga cool-down & relaxation session
  • Saturday – Free skiing
  • All of this will come with a carefully designed menu to help you prepare and recover from all of the above activities

The price for the week is £995 / €1195 per person (based on 2 adults sharing a room) and includes all the usual AliKats delights plus the above
