Jeandin & Fils have been master millers in the Haute Savoie since 1880, honing their knowledge and expertise over six generations. They source all of their wheat grain from within the Savoie region, and work with other suppliers within the wider Auvergne Rhône Alpes for more specialised ingredients.
Raised in ponds fed by crystal clear water straight from the mountains, and prepared on the day of collection, the fish from the Pisciculture des Meuniers couldn’t be fresher.
Nestled in the heart of Saint Jean D’Aulps, La Ferme du Caly produces a wide range of cheeses, yoghurts and milk, made on site from milk supplied by their herd of dairy cows. They also provide milk to the Terramont cooperative, to be used in the production of the famous Abondance and Reblochon AOP cheeses.

Altiviande is a local butcher and wholesale meat provider. We request that all of our meat and poultry are sourced from within France, with preference to the Haute Savoie area.
We partner with the wonderful Ibex Brewery to make our own spent grain flour. After brewing, we collect some of the grain that would otherwise be discarded to make our own flour, which is then used in pastries, biscuits, cakes etc. to give them a unique, earthy flavour.
