With its own outdoor hot tub, al fresco dining space, and elegant yet comfortable interiors, Le Faon is the perfect setting for memorable gatherings in the French Alps. For larger groups, it can be booked alongside neighbouring Chalet La Bise to sleep up to 25 guests across 10 bedrooms.

From the moment you step into Chalet Le Faon, you’ll feel the thoughtful balance of modern design and alpine warmth. Natural wood, soft fabrics, and carefully chosen details create a homely yet stylish space to unwind after a day in the mountains. The open-plan living and dining area invites long, leisurely meals and cosy evenings by the fire, while the well-stocked kitchen makes entertaining effortless. Two sun-soaked balconies capture light throughout the day, offering perfect spots for morning coffee or evening drinks with views across the valley.

Each bedroom has its own unique character, blending restful tones, plush bedding, and calming mountain-inspired décor. Families will love the cosy TV snug tucked under the eaves, perfect for movie nights or quiet downtime. The chalet also offers a spa-like bathroom and spacious en-suites, designed for both comfort and relaxation.

The entrance to the chalet is on the ground floor. Access to the ski room, washing machine, tumble dryer and hot tub are also on this floor. There are also 2 bedrooms on this floor, a shared bathroom and a separate toilet

The first floor is the living area comprising of living room, fireplace, dining room, kitchen, separate toilet, pantry and outdoor dining space with two balconies.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the top floor with a balcony off the Stag bedroom

Location

Perfectly positioned just 500 meters from the center of Morzine, Chalet Le Faon offers the ideal balance of tranquility and convenience. The Pleney lift station is a 10-15 min walk or there is a bus stop 50m from the chalet providing quick, free access to the slopes of Morzine and Les Gets.

The nearest supermarket and restaurants are less than 5 minutes walk and the main center of Morzine is easily reached on foot in approximately 10 minutes, where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, shops and bars.

During winter, we are able to arrange slope transfers – €450 for 6 days of return slope runs in an 8 seater minibus. Contact us when booking to add this service.

Definitely the most well-appointed and comfortable chalet I have ever stayed in. The owners have created a space that works equally well for families or groups of friends and have thought of every detail, from comfortable beds, relaxing seating areas and a really well-equipped kitchen. The chalet is in a great location: close to a supermarket and restaurants, but in a peaceful spot. Having stayed here in winter and summer, I can attest that Morzine really is a wonderful year-round destination.

Exclusive use pricing:

Allows up to 8 persons. Additional persons (9-9) will be charged at 50% of the "per person per week" price for catered holidays

Under 2 years old:

A flat rate of €150 for children under the age of 2 when sleeping in a cot in an adult room.

Prices are in Euros:

The sterling amount charged will be based on your bank’s exchange rate at the time of payment.

Booking Deposit:

A deposit is required at the time of booking which is 30%. The balance is then to be paid 10 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

Tourist Tax:

Taxe de Sejour (tourist tax) is not included in the price. The tax is calculated as 3.60€ per adult (18 years +) per night and is payable on arrival in resort.

Damage Deposit:

We also require a €500 refundable damage deposit to be paid 10 weeks prior to the start of your holiday
