Although only a 10 minute drive from the Ardent lift, Riviere sits beside the river in a secluded part of Montriond. Surrounded by pine trees and overlooking the river, it offers a wonderfully calming space to retreat to after a long day on the mountain.

Each bedroom has been stunningly designed to combine crisp luxury with cosy Alpine chic. And if you’re looking for a particularly romantic experience, master bedroom Seine has it all. The spacious bedroom offers elegant wooden features, a queen-sized bed, and a balcony from which you can enjoy a glass of wine and stunning views of the valley as the sun sets on another day. Or if you’re in a more cosy mood, why not take a soak in the huge free-standing roll top bath? The waterfall shower can be accessed by both sides, and the bathroom offers 2 sinks, so you literally never have to be apart if you don’t want to be!

The other four bedrooms are located across the ground and first floor, and are all ensuite. A wonderful feature about Chalet Riviere is that all the bedrooms have access to a balcony. So embrace the mountains and breathe in the clear Alpine air every moment of your stay.

After you have relaxed and washed the day away, the spacious living room and roaring fire is ready to invite you. High ceilings and crisp white walls give a sense of openness and freedom, whilst wooden beams and rustic sofas welcome you to sink further and have another glass of wine. The kitchen is furnished to an incredibly high standard, with a double oven and long, large worktops. It even has a delightful island on which the hob is located, so you can enjoy long chats with friends as you rustle up one of our sumptuous self-catered meals; or watch your private chef prepare an award-winning three-course dining experience.
